Leo Quigley

With 20 years of work experience in the public and the nonprofit sectors, I offer a diverse set of skills and a solid understanding of promising community development strategies. I seek to apply my skills to increase the effectiveness of nonprofit organizations, grant-makers, and policymakers in confronting poverty and expanding opportunities for low-income families.
